The
Mark Hotel New York
Branding & marketing campaign
Completed at Pandiscio Co.
When presented with the
opportunity to rebrand the re-imagined landmark hotel and residences at
77th and Madison, renovation was well underway, and no expense was being
spared. Custom interiors and furnishings by French superstar designer
Jacques Grange, one-of-a-kind artworks by Mattia Bonetti, Guy de
Rougemont and Ron Arad, kitchens by Piero Lissoni, Italian marble baths,
salon by Fekkai, restaurant by Jean-Georges. Rumors began to fly about a
60 million dollar pricetag for the penthouse. The pressure was on. We
managed to find a perfect way to convey the over-the-top sophistication
of "Life at the Mark" with a series of chic illustrations by artist
Jean-Phillipe Delhomme. Paired with classic typographic treatment, the
finest in finishes and materials, and a tone of European elitism, our
campaign was right on The Mark.
