Completed at Pandiscio Co. Situated on a prime lot
(West Broadway between Grand and Canal) in one of the city's most
coveted neighborhoods, we knew location would be an obvious selling
point for Soho Mews. Instead we chose to focus on the real star of the
project- a spacious, private garden tucked away from the bustle of the
street, between the west and east towers. Borrowing from the language of
the clean, modern architecture by Gwathmey Siegel, we created an
identity that fuses elements of swiss precision with the whimsy and
