offered a refreshing option. No superstar architect, no in-house dog
washer or personal shopper- just great living spaces, in a great
neighborhood, for great prices. We communicated this accessibility with
a marketing campaign that is lighthearted, democratic, and full of
personality. The product is shown via quirky illustration vs the typical
slick computer renderings, and basic, utilitarian materials specified
